Who is responsible
QA Journal Private Limited operates this website for its online Arabic language training service. The website does not present a physical location because QA Journal operates entirely online.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form collects the parent, guardian or adult learner's name, email address, country or time zone, programme interest, enquiry message and consent. We ask parents or guardians—not children—to submit enquiries for learners under 18. Please do not submit sensitive personal, health, financial or identity information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to understand learning needs, identify a potentially suitable programme, coordinate available class schedules, respond to the sender and maintain an operational record of the enquiry. We do not use the form to create a learner account, take payment or make automated eligibility decisions.
Website processing and storage
Enquiries are sent securely to a database dedicated to this website and hosted through the site platform's Cloudflare infrastructure. The hosting provider necessarily processes requests and standard technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as network and security logs. This site does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or external registration systems.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer the potential learning relationship and meet legitimate record-keeping or legal requirements. As an operating rule, inactive enquiries should be reviewed for deletion within 24 months unless an ongoing relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Sharing
Information may be available to authorised QA Journal personnel who need it to handle enquiries and to service providers that host and secure the website. We do not sell enquiry information. We do not publish it or use stock photography to represent actual learners or staff.
Security
We use HTTPS, server-side validation and access-controlled infrastructure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so visitors should avoid sending unnecessary or sensitive information.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information, or withdraw consent for future contact, by choosing “Privacy or support request” on the contact form. We may need to verify the request before acting. Rights can vary by jurisdiction.
Children
This website markets age-appropriate learning paths but is not designed to collect contact details directly from children. A parent or guardian must communicate and submit information on behalf of a minor.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
